Funding pathways for bold ideas
From seed grants to large sponsored programmes, AriRDC provides a runway for research that crosses boundaries.
Six pathways, one standard of rigour
Every scheme is reviewed by the convergent funding panel and requires a clear outcome and reporting plan.
Seed Grant
Small, fast grants to test a convergent idea and generate pilot data — ideal for first-time collaborations between departments.
Convergent Project Grant
Larger awards for multi-department teams working on a defined mission with clear translational goals.
Doctoral Fellowship
Stipend, contingency and conference support for full-time PhD scholars joining the ecosystem.
Postdoctoral Fellowship
Independent research budget for early-career researchers with a defined convergent project.
Industry Project
Co-funded translational research with industry, clinical or government partners — focused on real-world problems.
Infrastructure Access
Support to use shared core facilities and advanced instrumentation at reduced or no cost.
